This programme was aimed at unemployed people from the Church End /Roundwood are of NW10, who lacked confidence and motivation in their search for work.
The objective of the four week course was to work on employability skills, especially communication, listening and teamwork, as well as confidence and motivation.  Another important element was for the participants to recognise what skills they already have and what contribution they made.
